Estimate specialist

Responsibilities

•    creating and maintaining a service price database;

•    participating in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies for strategic categories of works;

•    preparing purchase enquiries and analysing received offers;

•    conducting purchasing negotiations;

•    preparing purchasing recommendations;

•    participating in presentations and sales meetings;

•    Analysing project documentation;

•    preparing comprehensive construction cost estimates;

•    preparing offers;

•    estimating the costs of construction projects;

•    preparing and verifying bills of quantities and cost estimates;

•    supporting the process of preparing construction contracts;

•    supporting the investment implementation team around cost control;

•    analysing the costs of investment implementation in relation to the bid assumptions;

•    preparing investment implementation schedules;

•    supporting the design team in preparing investment concepts in accordance with customer requirements;

•    preparing requests for additional work and services;

•    preparing financial reports on project progress;

•    supporting the implementation and supervision of orders;

•    cooperation with clients and contractors of the Employer and its related entities;

•    regular reporting on the progress of activities;

•    ensuring self-development and supplementing industry knowledge;

•    performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

What is important to us

•    higher technical education (construction);

•    at least 2 years of experience in preparing offers and cost estimates (offer documentation, negotiations, contact with offices and state institutions);

•    experience in general construction calculations and strong analytical skills;

•    timeliness, accuracy, and diligence in performing tasks, very good work organization, independence, creativity, reliability, and conscientiousness;

•    knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel) and AutoCAD;

•    ability to read technical documentation;

•    knowledge of projects in the industrial and commercial real estate sector;

•    good knowledge of tender processes and the ability to thoroughly analyse tender documents;

•    ability to work in a team;

•    communicative English;

•    category B driving licence;

•    supporting the management team in acquiring new projects;

•    developing technical, economic, and administrative tenders in accordance with the requirements of tender procedures – with attention to high quality and timeliness;

•    ongoing contact with project partners and customer representatives;

•    participation in procurement procedures for investment goods and services, including preparing specifications, obtaining offers, and drawing up orders;

•    preparing estimates for quotations based on project documentation;

• obtaining and verifying bids from subcontractors and suppliers;

• tracking changes in the prices of materials and services.

Responsibilities

  • analysis of project documentation;
  • preparation and sending of requests for quotations for materials and construction works, as well as analysis and comparison of received quotations;
  • preparing comprehensive construction cost estimates based on project documentation;
  • participating in presentations and sales meetings;
  • estimating the costs of construction projects;
  • negotiating with bidders;
  • preparing and checking bills of quantities and cost estimates;
  • assisting in the preparation of construction contracts;
  • supporting the team in the implementation of construction projects in terms of cost control;
  • analysing the costs of project implementation in relation to the tender assumptions;
  • analysing technical documentation and preparing measurements of general construction works for commercial construction;
  • preparing requests for additional works and tasks;
  • preparing financial reports on project progress;
  • supporting the implementation and supervision of orders;
  • preparing construction schedules;
  • cooperation with clients;
  • support for purchasing processes;
  • participation in site visits;
  • analysis of assumptions made at the tender stage in relation to the implementation stage.

What is important to us

  • higher technical education (construction);
  • at least 5 years of experience in the area of preparing bids and cost estimates (bid documentation, negotiations, contact with government offices and institutions);
  • experience in general construction calculations and strong analytical skills;

Independent accountant

💼 Responsibilities:

  • exercising formal, legal, substantive and accounting control over all accounting evidence and other documents having financial implications for the Employer and all companies belonging to the group to which the Employer belongs;
  • importing, verifying and accepting invoices in the Saldeo and Intray systems, clarifying discrepancies;
  • participating in the keeping of the Employer's accounting books and those of the companies belonging to the group to which the Employer belongs, in accordance with applicable law;
  • preparing declarations (CIT, PIT, VAT, ZUS, GUS) and tax calculations in accordance with Polish standards and sending them to the relevant authorities in accordance with the deadlines set out in applicable law;
  • monthly reconciliation of transactions between subsidiaries and responsibility for their correctness;
  • making payments to contractors, administrative bodies, offices, etc. with particular care;
  • calculating salaries, registering and deregistering employees with ZUS, creating and maintaining employee files;
  • preparing monthly financial statements for the Employer and companies belonging to the group to which the Employer belongs; 
  • contacts and cooperation with external institutions (such as the Tax Office, Central Statistical Office or Social Insurance Institution), preparing letters;
  • participating in budgeting and preparing financial management information for the entire group (the Employer and its affiliated companies);
  • preparing applications and responses to the Tax Office, Central Statistical Office, Social Insurance Institution and contractors of the Employer and companies belonging to the group to which the Employer belongs.
